Mailing list: your email address and the date you subscribed.

Speaker submissions: your name, email address, a link to your work, and any additional information you choose to include in the form.

We do not collect any information automatically beyond what Cloudflare Web Analytics provides (page views, referrers, browser type). This is cookieless and does not track individual visitors.

Mailing list: to send you information about upcoming Praxis events, speakers, and occasional programme updates. We will not send unrelated material or share your address with other organisations.

Speaker submissions: to review your work and contact you about presenting at a future Praxis event. Your submission is seen only by the Praxis organisers.

Mailchimp: our mailing list is managed through Mailchimp, which stores your email address on its servers. Mailchimp's privacy policy.

Eventbrite: event registration happens on Eventbrite's platform. We link to it but do not process registration data on this site. Eventbrite's privacy policy.

Cloudflare: this site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless and privacy-focused. Cloudflare's privacy policy.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone else.

Unsubscribe: every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us directly and we will remove you.

Delete your data: email us to request deletion of your mailing list subscription or speaker submission. We will confirm removal.

Access: you can ask us what information we hold about you at any time.
